• NIC / Passport Number: Required at the entrance gate to prevent fraudulent pass reselling.
• WhatsApp / Phone Number: Used solely for emergency event updates or payment support.

How We Use Your Data

• To issue, validate, and authenticate digital QR admission passes at the event entrance.
• To send instant transaction receipts and backup ticket download links.
• To prevent duplicate ticket usage and ensure crowd safety compliance.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal contact details with third-party advertising companies. All transmission occurs across enterprise-grade 256-bit SSL encrypted channels.

By purchasing an admission ticket through this portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following operational terms:

Admission & Ticket Validity

• Each issued E-Ticket contains a unique cryptographic QR Code valid for one-time single admission only.
• Once scanned and validated at the entrance gate, the ticket status is updated to USED. Any duplicate scans will be flagged and denied admission.
• Attendees must present their digital E-Ticket on a smartphone or a printed physical copy alongside a matching National Identity Card (NIC) / Passport.

Event Regulations

• The event management reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee exhibiting disorderly conduct, security violations, or unauthorized possession of restricted items.
• Event schedules, artist performances, and agenda items are subject to minor operational adjustments.

Intellectual Property

All software architectures, ticketing engines, visual UI components, and brand trademarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of DevSonix - Premium IT Solutions.

Ticket Sales Policy

• Admission tickets once booked and verified are generally non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except in the event of an official cancellation by the organizers.
• Tickets cannot be resold at a markup higher than the official face value.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

• If the event is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances or official government directives, formal announcements will be made regarding full refund processing.
• In the event of an approved refund, the full amount will be processed automatically back to the original payment method used during checkout (via PayHere) within 5-10 business days.
